The Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO) is the leading source of information, support and referral assistance to families and professionals throughout 18 Central Ohio counties. Our mission is to support families, promote community involvement and encourage a lifetime of opportunities for people with Down syndrome. From medical outreach and new parent groups to activity clubs and self-advocacy conferences, DSACO hosts an array of programs and services that benefits families and individuals with Down syndrome throughout the lifespan. In addition, we host educational conferences for community professionals, provide recreational and educational scholarships that promote community engagement, and advocate at the local, state and federal level on public policy and legislation.
