Dorman Construction, Inc. has grown rapidly since its founding in 1990 by Steve Dorman. Steve began his career in the early 1970's as an apprentice carpenter and quickly advanced to the level of project superintendent and later vice president for a large general contractor. Steve built Dorman Construction on his belief that good results come when employees, subcontractors, and customers are treated fairly. His personal reputation as a talented superintendent hastened the early success of the company. Steve served a four-year carpentry apprenticeship at the beginning of his career. Early lessons in craftsmanship and organization have been carried forward to our superintendents and crews resulting in high quality projects delivered on time and within budget. We take pride in the quality of our projects and recognize that our success is mainly due to the skill and commitment of our excellent job managers, carpenters, and apprentices. Our current construction volume is between $15 and $20 million per year.
