Doran Manufacturing, LLC is a supplier of Tire Monitoring Systems (for truck/trailer fleets, commercial equipment, RVs and motorcycles), School Bus Safety Products (Incandescent/LED light monitors, Sleeping Child Check monitors) and custom designed terminal boards. Originally, Doran was established in 1953 as a manufacturer of electrical interconnection products and still continues to produce customized terminal boards to a global customer base out of its original factory. Doran expanded the business into electrical transportation safety products in the 1970s. Over the past 35 years, the company has evolved to serving three core transportation categories (school bus, RV, truck) with a range of products from LED monitors and lights to tire pressure monitoring systems. In early 2008, the company launched the Doran 360â„¢ tire pressure monitoring systems product line for the RV, truck and motorcycle categories. In 2010, the company added the capability to integrate with third party mobile communication devices for the truck fleet market and also introduced the Doran 360CEâ„¢ tire pressure monitoring system for OTR tires. Currently, there are a number of initiatives underway with new product introductions planned for the next 12 - 24 months.
