In 1996, DocuLex was co-founded by David Bailey and David Griffith David Bailey is an active innovator in the area of document and content management, business process workflow and advanced tactical methods for document and data capture. In 1984 David began his professional career in the document management industry by offering microfilming and microfilm processing lab services.. Currently, David is the President of DocuLex and is managing a talented employee team focused on the manufacturing of document and content management software and developing dealer channel relations with the Ricoh corporation, the Sharp corporation and Brother corporation as well as small business value added resellers. David Griffith is Software Architect and Vice President of R&D at DocuLex, Inc. He cofounded the company in 1996. Previously he was a software engineer with Mathematica, Inc. developing medical teleradiology programs for Bell Labs and Philips Medical. His specialties include image processing, feature recognition and Adobe PDF, and Postscript technologies.
