What Is Dixon Hospitality?
Dixon Hospitality is the brand behind some of the best gastronomic pubs and vibrant bars Australian cities have to offer. At the very heart of our business is our commitment to great food, great service and great fun. We are the fastest growing pub group in Australia and growing. Established in 2012 by Bruce and Michael Dixon, the team has been deliberate in acquiring well operated venues with a focus on an exceptional gastronomic experience or unique surroundings. Dixon Hospitality is privately owned and committed to growth. In late 2015 the company acquired Open Door Pub Co which included 16 contemporary venues. As part of the acquisition, Melbourne Venue Company also joined the Dixon team. This team is focussed on finding the perfect function space for corporate functions, private dinners, celebrations and special occasions. Each of our venues have their own personality and distinctive menu, because we think that’s what our guests expect. Put simply we’re focused on combining great spaces with great produce, great chefs and an outstanding team.
