What Is Dixon Hospitality?

Dixon Hospitality is the brand behind some of the best gastronomic pubs and vibrant bars Australian cities have to offer. At the very heart of our business is our commitment to great food, great service and great fun. We are the fastest growing pub group in Australia and growing. Established in 2012 by Bruce and Michael Dixon, the team has been deliberate in acquiring well operated venues with a focus on an exceptional gastronomic experience or unique surroundings. Dixon Hospitality is privately owned and committed to growth. In late 2015 the company acquired Open Door Pub Co which included 16 contemporary venues. As part of the acquisition, Melbourne Venue Company also joined the Dixon team. This team is focussed on finding the perfect function space for corporate functions, private dinners, celebrations and special occasions. Each of our venues have their own personality and distinctive menu, because we think that’s what our guests expect. Put simply we’re focused on combining great spaces with great produce, great chefs and an outstanding team. Our portfolio of venues currently includes: 505 Wine Room Auburn Hotel Beer Deluxe Albury Beer Deluxe Fed Square Beer Deluxe Hawthorn Beer Deluxe King St Wharf Beer Deluxe Wagga The Bush Inn College Lawn Hotel The Crafty Squire The Duke Dutchess The Exchange Hotel The Forresters Golden Gate Hotel Great Britain Hotel The Hawthorn Hotel House Of Crabs Redfern House of Crabs St Kilda Imperial Hotel Imperial South Yarra The Local Middle Park Hotel Newmarket Hotel The Norfolk O'Connell's The Oxford Tavern Party Boat Cruises Perseverance The Provincial Queenies Sodens Station Hotel Tap House The Vincent Wayside Inn Hospitality, Venue Management, Gastronomic Pubs, Bars, Events, Functions, Food, Beverage
