Custom engineering manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, testing, and quality control are all carried out in out 65,000 sq. ft. facility in Ridgewood, NY. This facility is equipped and staffed to provide you with the shell & tube heat exchanger that best meets your specifications and special application requirements. For over sixty years, DHT has served customers worldwide in commercial and industrial markets. At DHT, attention to detail and fast turnaround go hand in hand to ensure your complete satisfaction. Materials of Construction include high temperature and corrosion resistant copper alloys, titanium monel, stainless steels, high nickel and copper alloys, hastelloy, and many others. Shell & tube heat exchangers are available in horizontal and vertical tube designs. Optional welded tube-to-tube sheet construction provides enhanced strength and superior sealing qualities. "U" tube designs are stress relieved at the bend area. Standard shell sizes ranges from 3" to 40" O.D. and up to 40' in length. DHT heat exchangers are manufactured to the most demanding standards including 3A, ASME, TEMA and API. DHT manufactures and stocks direct replacement units for many OEM designs such as Joy, Elliot, and Ingersol Rand's XLE and PL12 series intercoolers and aftercoolers. DHT can design and duplicate any manufacturer's heat exchangers including OEM, obsolete, hard-to-find, or specially-engineered units. DHT's shell and tube heat exchangers be found in many industries. Tube configurations are engineered for greater efficiency, capacity and longevity. Welded tube-to-tube sheet construction option provides enhanced strength and superior seals. Experienced engineers working with advanced CAD programs are a major resource in developing cost-effective designs for proprietary processes. Such a design is this BEM split-flow condenser designed and fabricated for a major US chemical manufacturer. This one-pass BEM heat exchanger features a carbon steel shell side and stainless tube side with expansion joint.
