USPACOM Exercises & Training Directorate (J7) Simulations Center Deputy Program Manager and Asia Pacific Area Network (APAN) Technical Director. Planned, programmed, budgeted, resourced, scheduled and assessed integrated & scalable M&S support for the USPACOM Commander’s joint exercise, training and theater security cooperation programs. Managed simulation center system administrators, software programmers, analyst, simulation engineers and computer model data acquisition systems. Directed software testing, development, network management and implemented web-enabled collaborative planning applications and content management systems and databases. \r\n-Plans, resources, budgets and executes comprehensive, scalable modeling and simulation (M&S) and information technology (IT) support for USPACOM joint, combined, and service component computer-assisted exercises, theater security program and associated data base / event tests. Coordinates and plans mission rehearsal activities for deploying forces: table top exercises; coalition training, education, collaboration, information sharing opportunities; joint, interagency, and multinational seminars, workshops and interoperability conferences.
