Founded in 1934 as Denison Services and later incorporated in 1947 as Denison Parking, Inc., the company has continued to grow, building lasting relationships along the way. The growth of Denison Parking began in 1934 with the development of the first modern parking operation in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1954 that lot became the site of another Denison Parking construction project, the first self-park garage in Indiana and the fifth self-park garage in the nation. Since that time, Denison Parking's dedication to personalized service and our honest reputation have propelled us into the national marketplace. As parking companies continue to consolidate through mergers and acquisitions, Denison has opted to remain independent in order to provide our clients personal attention from the top management in the corporation.
