Deming Public Schools continues its outreach to parents and community for their support of our efforts to reach the Board goal for a quality education for all students. Research confirms the number-one factor supporting the success of students in school is the home. We ask you, parents, to remember the importance of getting your children to school every day, rested and ready for learning. Your positive support assuring their participation and commitment to being responsible students is one of the most important indicators of student academic success. We would not be able to reach the levels of success nor continue the gains we are achieving without the commitment and assistance of our parents and community. Deming Public Schools' graduation rate for 2010, 78.6%, exceeds the state and national graduation rates. Your on-going support of Deming Public Schools is appreciated.
