Demand Manager is a company set up to assist your organisation to realise energy and water savings. The biggest barrier to implementing clean energy projects is finance. Demand Manager's products are designed to break down that major barrier to make it as easy as possible to get the job done. Our products are broadly grouped into four areas: - NSW Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs) and Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs); - Small Technology Certificates (STCs) and Large Generation Certificates (LGCs); - Direct Government Grant Programs; and - Smart Asset Finance (operating leases, finance leases, rental agreements). Demand Manager is unique in being able to pull together multiple funding streams to make the project happen. For instance, a project may have been awarded funding under the Australian Government's CTIP Program but still be able to claim Energy Saving Certificates for the works and be 100% funded by a smart asset finance deal. This scenario would leave the government grants as an upfront finance incentive. Contact Demand Manager to find out more – 1800 RING DM.
