Del-Air Mechanical Contractors, Inc. was born from the American dream. Founded by Dwayne Lay and a truck in the 1980, Del-Air has grown into a family of, on average, 150 men and women that serve Knoxville & surrounding areas with all of their commercial mechanical needs. Del-Air Mechanical offers cooling, heating, and plumbing maintenance, retrofit, and new installations. These services are provided to hospitals, office buildings, schools, as well as industrial manufacturing facilities to name a few. Above all, Del-Air offers it's employees a safe, secure work environment in which personal growth is encouraged and training is offered.
