These principals lie at the core of its existence, instilled there by its founder, Archie Shaw Dargan. Our mission statement sums it up, "We will strive to exceed the expectations of our clients by providing construction services which are recognized as an exceptional value, performed in a manner reflecting our total commitment to safety, quality and a timely completion within budget." In February 2001, to better serve the needs of our community, the Dargan Foundation was established.
