What Is Dabco Property Management?
Dabco is a locally owned and managed property management company established in the 1970s to oversee our own apartment complexes in Pullman. We take care to provide the best in preventive and regular maintenance and thorough cleaning. We are dedicated to keeping our apartments comfortable, clean and attractive, and that includes continuous renovation of our older properties. We are especially dedicated to maintaining a pleasant and respectful relationship with our tenants. We have on-site staff and resident managers serving all of our complexes. We want our tenants to always feel free to speak with our staff about any residential concerns they have while living with us. And after their tenancy, we endeavor to complete a fast and fair return of deposits. All of our apartments feature 12-month leases, on-site laundries, off-street parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and the friendliest management staff in town. We have flexible lease starting dates that coincide with WSU’s semesters. We do require an approved rental application/screening for your security and ours, as well as security deposit and last month’s rent prior to taking possession of your apartment. Other than at Bridgeway Centre and Birch Hills Apartments, we do not allow pets in any of our apartments or on the grounds.
