What Is Cypress Energy Partners?

Founded in 2012, by by the Charles C. Stephenson, Jr. family and Peter C. Boylan III, Cypress Energy Partners, LLC, provides industry leading services to support oil and natural gas producers who are active in the major shale plays across North America including but not limited to the Permian, Barnett, and the Bakken shale plays. We are focused on helping our customers ensure sustained economical production and reduce their operating costs and their carbon footprint on the environment. Our solutions are designed to support the growing demand in the energy industry for complex and diversified water solutions that are required for the production of energy to support our country, economy, and citizens. We also provide independent pipeline inspection and integrity services to pipeline, public utilities and oil & gas companies. The company commenced field operations in the Bakken region of the Williston Basin in North Dakota through the acquisition of various divisions of SBG Energy Services, LLC, or SBG. In December 2012, the company also acquired four newly constructed EPA Class II SWD facilities with two located in the Bakken region of North Dakota and two located in the Permian Basin of West Texas. Tulsa Inspection Resources, LLC (TIR), through which we provide pipeline inspection and integrity services, was founded in 2003 and in February of 2015, TIR became completely owned and operated by Cypress Energy Partners. With more than 1,700 professional certified inspectors currently deployed in the U.S. and Canada we believe that we are one of the largest providers of independent inspectors to the pipeline industry. In May of 2015, Cypress Energy Partners also acquired control Brown Integrity, LLC. Brown Integrity is the premier company providing hydrostatic testing and related services to the pipeline industry. The company was founded in 2010 by Tim Jones and Charlie Brown, both of whom learned the ropes from industry legend Sandy Brown.
