The team works with customers to determine requirements, develop a customized quality control plan, identify and obtain special inspection capabilities as required. When a new part is started, we will provide a full dimensional layout inspection. In addition, capability studies and PPAP approval are available at your request. · Sample parts and supporting data are submitted to customers for approval – prior to product being produced. · Quality products are assured by the use of advanced measuring equipment and statistical analysis. Continuous monitoring and inspection (from Start-up through In-Process, and Last Article) is performed according to documented instructions. · Traceability of products is maintained. Records documenting performance to quality standards are maintained that provide traceability for dimensional attributes and material from the raw resin to finished product. Retained samples are maintained for customer-approved parts, Process capability studies, and First & Last Article from production for specified timeframes. · Management reporting identifies areas for improvement via weekly summary reports of inspection results, corrective actions and failure analysis.
