The Mechanical Division performs major installations, both plan and spec and design build, with contract value ranges from $10,000. - $6,000,000. Clients include commercial, retail, educational, medical, municipal and industrial entities. The Service Department provides plumbing, heating, air conditioning and drain cleaning services and maintenance to residential and commercial clients. The Installation Department, on the HVAC side, replaces inefficient heating and cooling systems and commercial rooftop units for personalized comfort in residential and light commercial applications and provides duct cleaning services. Some of the services provided on the Plumbing side include whole house re-piping projects, replacing kitchen and bath fixtures and sewer replacements.
