Crestone Group is a national wholesale bakery that creates and manufactures unique, signature bakery programs for a wide variety of customers. Through facilities in San Diego, Dallas, and Chicago, we offer a wide range of flexibility to accommodate our customers’ ever-changing needs. Our facilities’ strategically placed locations allow us to bake bread and pastries in a local manner, yet maintain a national supply footprint. Producing in all three facilities allows us to reduce raw material, packaging and transportation costs, while minimizing geographic risks, production concentration, shipping times, and other typical disruptions in the supply chain. We have built the business with a solutions-oriented sales philosophy that focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships. Our culinary team works closely with our customers’ chefs and culinary staffs to ensure the successful development of creative, customized products that uniquely enhance each customer’s brand. With customers ranging from national retail coffee chains, grocery stores and upper-market restaurant chains, we consider our ultimate mission to protect our customers’ brand equity. We believe our key competitive advantage lies within our infrastructure – the people, the facilities, and the systems. With over 225 employees company-wide, our culture and deeply-rooted core values guide all decision making. Our ability to replicate processes between facilities allows us to successfully execute national product launches and consistently provide the highest quality products while being protective of our customers’ freight costs.
