Crescent School of Business, (CSB) is a new, re-imagined Management and Business school in Chennai, offering world-class education to some of the brightest young minds in the country. Education at CSB has been designed to suit the needs of the New Economy, with experiential learning, critical thinking, professional mentorship, in and out of classroom learning and industry collaboration at the very core of its structure. Businesses of today require creative leadership, for they operate in an environment characterized by an accelerated pace of innovation, advancements in communication technology and a greater degree of social connectedness. This has resulted in a layered, complex and non-traditional setting, with multiple stakeholders, within which business leaders need to work, excel and succeed. It has become important for businesses to revisit their objectives and values, and recalibrate their needs and standards. Modern business education needs to accurately reflect this. It is no longer enough to simply provide students with rudimentary business frameworks – access to such material is available outside classrooms today, and these frameworks alone aren't enough to succeed in today's work environment.
