At Craven Thompson and Associates, Inc. (CTA) the word TEAM has never meant more. The working environment at CTA is one in which everyone helps everyone for the betterment of the Client. It is not a coincidence that very few employees leave; and that over 40% of our employees have been with the firm for over 10 years. We are a family. With over 60 employees and 20 registered professionals, we are here to serve you. Mr. Thomas McDonald, the President of CTA, started in 1979 as the firm's Chief Financial Officer, and has been the President since 1986. His partner in the firm, Mr. Robert Cole, P.E., is the Executive Vice-President and arrived at CTA in 1987. Heading up the Land Planning & Landscape Architecture Department is Mr. Joseph Handley, R.L.A., who began his tenure at CTA in 1988. The Vice-President in charge of the Survey Department, both the field crews and the office, is Mr. Rick Pryce, P.S.M. who is currently the Director of the Broward County Chapter of the Florida Surveying & Mapping Society. Mr. Don Shaver, with over 30 years of construction experience, is the Director of Construction Services here at Craven Thompson.
