Costich Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, D.P.C. (CE) is a Professional Design Corporation offering Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture services to the public and private sectors in and around Rochester, New York, Upstate New York and Pennsylvania. The firm was established in May of 1977 by Charles J. Costich, P.E., L.S. In the mid-1980’s, Mark R. Costich, P.E. (Chief Executive Officer) and Charles J. Costich, III, L.S. (Chief Financial Officer) joined the firm to head up the engineering and surveying departments. In 2009, Sarah Costich King R.L.A. (President) and Michael Ritchie, P.E. (Vice President) joined the firm, comprising the 3rd generation of Costichs’. In 2013 Costich Engineering was renamed Costich Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, D.P.C. as a result of the addition of a formal Landscape Architecture department. CE currently has a staff of 34 which includes multi-disciplined engineers, designers, landscape architects, CAD designers, field inspectors, land surveyors and support personnel.
