With a focus rooted in forming relationships and maintaining a team oriented mindset, Cooper Construction has appropriated its expertise in private sector development allowing for continued expansion which has led to work being completed throughout the entire eastern United States. Ranging in size, complexity, and location, all of our projects share an end goal of staying centered around the relationships between the owner, design team, and contractors. With an in-house design team at Cooper Construction, we can respond quickly to the needs of the project and client. The pre-construction team at Cooper Construction offers a wide range of assistance including: site selection, development services, feasibility studies, due diligence, master planning, space planning, and process coordination. Our team has constructed over 12 million square feet of quality buildings for the clients we serve.
