Continuum Partners, LLC (www.continuumpartners.com) is a Denver-based real estate development and investment management company founded in 1997. Since its inception, Continuum has established itself as a national leader in large-scale, mixed-use projects and is known for its capacity to handle complex redevelopments with several multi-hundred million dollar high-profile projects under its belt. Continuum’s portfolio spans a broad range from the Union Station Transportation Center in Downtown Denver and Belmar, a $750 million mixed-use precinct in Lakewood to the Whole Foods anchored District at O Street in Lincoln, NE, and the Arthouses, a 13-unit luxury town home development which included an affordable housing project and a new building for the MCA/Denver.
