We emphasize on expounding market research, industry research, competitive intelligence, root cause analyses, critical thinking, problem-solving, consulting approaches, and presentation through pro bono consulting, competitions, trainings, and case workshops. CLDS offers a platform for firms to discuss their business challenges and receive counsel on best practices and recommendations from the University of Texas of Dallas students on a pro-bono basis. Students are provided an opportunity to tackle real time business problems and apply content from courses taught by renown professors. Students practice project management, formulate research design, provide data driven recommendations, quantify results and impact, and plan the implementation of the solutions. Students listen to the client's feedback on progress and provides weekly updates. CLDS conducts case trainings for its general student body, and M365 tools training concentrating predominantly on presentation skills, report writing, organization skills. CLDS also provides professional development workshops encompassing resume, behavioral assessments, and problem-solving approaches to prepare the student body for pro-bono engagements. Our leadership team comprises of experts who have 5+ years of experience in the field of consulting, analytics, strategy, and research. We strive to leverage our skills to help passionate students excel in their careers while solving real time business problems, thereby improving our expertise. We aim to achieve excellence with an ability to widen the radar of elements to analyze to provide better strategies, action plans, insights, and solutions.
