In the beginning the focus was on placing sales and marketing candidates with IVD companies and reference laboratories. In the last ten years we have expanded our scope, placing a wider variety of candidates into a broader range of medical companies. We are proud to have partnered with numerous start-up companies helping the CEO's build their executive team and then helping those executives build their teams. We have have also assisted numerous well established companies as they rapidly expand their sales forces across the US. These companies wanted to work with a large national firm such as Connexis Search Group in order to avoid the problems associated with working with multiple regional firms. We judge our success on placing candidates that become top-performers for our clients, not on making the placement. As a result of placing candidates that have a tremendous impact on our client's business, over eighty percent of our business is from returning clients.
