What Is Conbody?
PRISON STYLE GROUP FITNESS CLASSES. CONBODY is a prison style fitness bootcamp that hires formerly incarcerated individuals to teach fitness classes. The story behind the workout is almost as good as the workout itself: Coss Marte developed a unique and effective exercise program without the need for any equipment while serving time. This program utilizes military bootcamp techniques, along with some additional secrets that Coss developed himself. Our real message is about prison reform. Our mission is to bridge a gap between two communities: young professionals and formerly incarcerated individuals.
