By 1989, the company began to offer a complete, one-stop solution to small and mid-sized businesses through sales and services of computer systems, peripheral equipment, networking services and application software. In 1992, CDS again expanded its service offerings to include voice processing solutions. Today, CDS is a leader in providing call management and automated processing services to small businesses and non-profit agencies. Our application gives clients a sophisticated soltuion for scheduling appointments via phone as well as answering questions and providing information to the public, such as office hours, driving directions, etc. The service takes calls during and after normal business hours, can run multiple programs simultaneously, is multilingual and generates customized reports based on user parameters.
