Community Preservation and Development Corporation's (CPDC) mission is to develop vibrant communities through innovation and partnerships. We don't just develop properties; we develop communities. We revitalize properties by restoring, repairing, and upgrading the living environment. We set aside community space. We intentionally plan for mixed-income communities. We work with the residents to develop a strategy to create economic viability. We create safe communities where residents are secure in the knowledge that their homes will be taken care of and remain financially secure for the long-term. All of our communities are developed on the CPDC model of combining innovation and partnerships. Our communities are not built merely of bricks and mortar, but of people. We collaborate with all involved in developing our communities, and recognize that no one way is always best. Our success is due to our partnerships; we have government, foundation, financial, educational, corporate, and organizational partnerships. We are innovators, from financial structuring to property development to curriculum development and implementation. We invest our financial and human resources in the lives of residents and neighbors and offer community development programs. We collaborate with all involved to create relationships between the residential and business communities, and to ensure the lasting success of the communities we develop. Our history of success in the affordable housing industry has been due to the capabilities and vision of our leaders and staff and to the mutually beneficial relationships we have established with our strategic partners. We invite you to read more about CPDC, who we are, how we got started, and our vision for the future:
