The Community Dispute Resolution Center is a three-county human service agency whose mission is to foster constructive responses to conflict. CDRC serves residents in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York covering Tompkins, Chemung, and Schuyler Counties. We envision a future in which our employees and services comprise the lead resource for nurturing constructive responses to the conflicts that inevitably occur in our communities. As a result of our work, the three counties we serve are places where individuals value themselves, value others, and value relationships.
