Established in 1908, Commercial Creamery Company is a leading developer and manufacturer of specialty food ingredients. Our expertise and ongoing research in spray-dried cheese powders and other specialty dairy powders are unmatched. We can create the ingredients needed to produce a variety of delicious foods, including unique snack seasonings, rice and pasta dishes, entrées, baked goods, dips, dressings, sauces, and soups. Commercial Creamery Company operates from two locations (see map and photos). Spokane, Washington is home to our corporate headquarters, research & development department, and our pilot plant. Jerome, Idaho is the home of our large scale production facility (over 100,000 square feet) and extensive quality control facilities. The Jerome plant has received the American Institute of Baking's highest rating for the last several years. Commercial Creamery specializes in working with our customers to provide exactly what they need. Our facilities are designed for maximum flexibility and precision, allowing control of flavor, color and composition. Our pilot plant in Spokane allows small-scale production trials with enormous versatility. Once a trial run is successful, we can move on to full-scale production, delivering in volume the exact flavor and appearance you want.
