As of the 1 October 2020 you may notice small but significant a change with Collect+, but don't worry you will still be able to use the Collect+ service that you know and love. What's changed? PayPoint have taken full ownership of the Collect+ brand and will continue to service returns and click & collect across multiple couriers including Yodel, DHL, FedEx and also retail giants such as Amazon and eBay. The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there's a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early 'til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient. Did you know? 94% of the UK's urban population live within a mile of a Collect+ store and 90% within five miles in rural areas.
