Colgan Industries is a family-owned building and development business based in Perth, Western Australia. Building on more than 40 years of construction experience, the last 30 of which have specialised in commercial heritage restoration, we recently extended into the sustainable building market through our groundbreaking and award-winning Square One residential project at Money Street in Perth We are committed to outstanding long term outcomes in not only the buildings we restore and the developments we deliver, but in the people we work with, our staff, clients, architects, sub-contractors and suppliers. ‘Unique’, ‘unusual’, ‘old school’, Colgan’ still employs directly stonemasons, bricklayers, plasterers, carpenters and apprentices, many who have been with the company for 10 or more years.
