Our first office opened its doors in 1950 in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. That office remains our largest and operates today in a new, modern facility right across the street from our original location. From the 1950’s through the 1970’s the firm expanded to nearly 100 sales professionals and prided itself in a solid reputation for honesty, integrity and a diligent work ethic.\n\nOver the next several decades, the firm prospered and grew by adding additional office locations and now serves the entire South Michigan market. The firm became affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 2009 at the same time it acquired several other Michigan brokers as part of an aggressive growth strategy.\n\nToday, Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel now operates 19 offices in Southern Michigan with more than 600 employees.
