The Farmers Market is open every Thursday from mid-April to mid-October from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm at Park Circle's Felix C. Davis Community Center. Every week the Farmers Market features fresh, locally grown produce, as well as herbs, jellies, jams and other delicacies. The Farmers Market offers its customers convenient hours in an easily accessible location with plenty of free parking. The Market is located within the Traffic Circle at Park Circle. A variety of special events are featured including cooking demonstrations, nutrition classes and free health screenings. The Farmers Market also has a playground to help keep your children entertained while you shop! The Market also features special activities and events for children. Face painting, pony rides and a jump castle are just a few of the events the Market offers for children. The Farmers Market is here to serve community and has a variety of booths full of valuable community information! At these booths, you can receive information about registering for youth and adult recreational activities, crime prevention and upcoming community events. The community booths are always changing and highlight some of the most exciting events and services that our community has to offer. While at the Farmers Market sample some of the delicious food that is available. This is great for those looking to pick-up a quick lunch or dinner!
