What Is City Dogs?

City Dogs is a daycare, boarding, and grooming facility in the heart of Dupont Circle, in Washington, DC. We know our clients lead a busy life and want the best for their furry family members. We provide supervised all-day play for dogs and slumber party boarding with our night staff. We also have professional grooming so dogs go home fresh and looking his or her best! We care for your dogs like they're our own. You're likely to see owner David Liedman and his dog Cody at City Dogs. David has owned and managed City Dogs since 2004 and is an active part of the local community. David is a founder of City Dogs Rescue, a 501(c)(3) placing shelter dogs in adoptive homes in the DC area. Using donated boarding space at the daycare and more than 100 foster homes, City Dogs Rescue adopts more than 50 dogs per month to forever homes.
