Choice Care Group is a leading provider of both residential and supported living services for people with learning disabilities and mental health disorders, with a particular specialism in working with individuals who have highly complex needs or have a history of being a risk to themselves or others. A high proportion of the people we support are also on the autism spectrum. Choice has been delivering services to people with learning disabilities and complex needs since 1992. The organisation has grown and developed over the period. We now have 56 residential care homes and offer supported living through our specialist provider, Excel Support Services. Collectively, we now work as one group, known as the Choice Care Group. The most important people at Choice Care Group are the people we support, and this is something we never lose sight. It's the focus for every one of our employees. Many of the people who work for Choice Care Group have been with the company for a long time. They have grown up with the organisation and enjoyed witnessing the successes achieved by the individuals we care for. We view these staff as a great asset because they are able to pass on their skills and experience to newer members of the team.
