What Is Children's Home Network?

Children's Home Network is a child- and family-centered organization that is positioned to care for struggling families and children seeking the comfort of a loving family. KIDS VILLAGE provides a loving and comfortable residential cottage campus for nearly 60 children ages 5-17 with an emphasis on sibling groups who have been abused, neglected and abandoned; intensive counseling and therapy. FOSTERING FAMILIES is a team of professionals exclusively committed to recruiting, preparing and supporting foster families for children in care. Every child deserves a home, and we are dedicated to finding one for each of them. With ongoing services for adoptive and foster care families, we help ensure a successful transition for both the family and the child. SEEDS The Supporting and Empowering Educational and Developmental Services (S.E.E.D.S.) Program is a multi-disciplinary intervention team composed of schools, community, and family representatives. ADOLESCENTS IN MOTHERHOOD is a blended residential program for new mothers and mothers-to-be ages 13-18 years of age. AIM is a haven for pregnant teens and mothers in foster care who want to remain with their child. The program provides a safe home, nutritious meals, individualized counseling, linkage with prenatal care, health care, and educational services to the girls. Our staff of child care workers, social workers, nurses, psychologists, and educational coordinators provide a structured, supportive environment where good health and learning are associated with responsible behavior and success in life. Classes in parenting and independent living skills, job readiness, stress-reduction, health, nutrition, and fitness help prepare our new mothers to be nurturing parents. KINSHIP SERVICES is a program available to family members caring for a relative's child(ren). It helps families connect to necessary services, expand family support systems, and reduce stress to promote family stability.
