Child Advocates Revenue and Competitors

Child Advocates is the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) chosen by the courts in Marion County (Indianapolis), Indiana to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children. We fulfill our mission through advocacy, monitoring, evaluation, fact-finding and mediation. Volunteers assist staff professionals in each child's case to make sure those children do not get lost in the system, that their needs are met during the course of their court cases, and that a safe, permanent home is found for them as soon as possible. Our volunteers help ensure that the 5000 children whose cases we monitor each year are not returned to the very situations where the mistreatment occurred. We continue to work with the children until it is safe and appropriate for them to return home or until they become eligible for adoption. Child Advocates is a 501 (c) (3) agency and is certified by the National CASA Association and the Indiana State Office of GAL/CASA. We are a United Way of Central Indiana agency.
