Founded in 1975, Chervenell Construction Company is a privately-held Washington corporation specializing in General Contracting headquartered in Kennewick, Washington. Our primary service area is within an 80 mile radius of the Tri-Cities but has expanded on past projects to include Spokane and Western Washington to service our clients . We provide design-build, negotiated and bid projects for our clients in both Washington and Oregon and prefer to work on challenging projects where a team atmosphere exists. Our specialty for many years has been school construction. We have completed over 30 school projects. We have expanded beyond the educational/institutional arena to include a wide variety of other commercial and industrial project types.
