Chen Moore and Associates was founded in 1986 in Broward County by Dr. Ben H. Chen, P.E., BCEE. Utilizing his background in environmental engineering, Dr. Chen’s initial business plan was to provide high level consulting to both public utilities and to the consulting engineering community. After trying different methods to grow the business, Dr. Chen found the greatest success in the process of organic growth that the firm maintains today. Through that growth, Dr. Chen brought in the current President, Peter M. Moore, P.E., LEED AP and together they have assembled a team of professionals with an emphasis on service and client relations.
