What Is Chase Properties Ltd.?

Since our inception in 1973, Chase Properties has focused on the development and acquisition of community shopping centers in the Eastern half of the United States. Today, we are one of the nation’s foremost owners of community shopping centers with an extensive portfolio of retail properties in 15 states that comprise approximately 6 million square feet (owned and non-owned shadow anchors). As we celebrate our 42nd year, Chase Properties has enjoyed ongoing business relationships with many prominent retailers including Target, Walmart, Kohl’s, Home Depot, Lowe’s, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, JCPenney, and Ross Dress for Less, major supermarket operators such as Giant Eagle, Kroger and Trader Joe’s, as well as numerous regional and national chains. Our operating philosophy emphasizes conservative management and prudent financial controls. We minimize risk factors and maximize income with our intensive market and competition analysis programs, aggressive cost negotiation, resourceful property management and leasing strategies, and responsive business relationships with all tenants.
