Someone who is self-motivated, driven, and incentive minded individual who has the desire to succeed and contribute to our current growth. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience in a technical recruiting position and ideally connections with a large network of IT professionals in the Twin Cities. This individual will be accustomed to the fast paced environment of IT consulting services and ideally have come from background of technical staffing or search industry.
