CMA’s mission is to serve actively transitioning military service members by providing vetted resources and military-to-civilian cross-trained expertise which is focused on supporting and preparing the military community for professional career opportunities while providing personalized assistance to better serve them in achieving both their short and long-term employment readiness and job placement goals. We do this through forging alliances with organizations mutually vested in empowering our nation’s honorable warriors while integrating their vocational, leadership, and management skills into a viable workforce and equipping them with the tools and resources necessary to be the most successful generation in history! CMA offers a one-of-a-kind transitional skills training and education platform that ensures each individual attending the TWW is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to establish a professional career path upon exiting the military. CMA ensures that each member receives a professionally written resume provided by a Certified Resume Writer which highlights their experiences throughout their military career. Each service member works one-on-one with Human Resource /military cross-trained professional who provides their time and talent, while addressing the soft skills which complement each transitioning service member’s vocational skill sets. Each service member will be adopted by that HR professional to assist them until they become employed.
