On July 15, 2005, the employees of Central Illinois Bank were pleased to welcome their new President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Henderson. With more than 30 years of banking experience, Henderson says he is ready to develop Central Illinois Bank into a leading financial institution. Prior to joining the Central Illinois Bank team, Joe held executive positions with a banking institution in the Peoria market, where he provided oversight for the expansion and growth of the bank's assets in four geographic markets and where he later managed the bank's credit activity. Joe's experience in these areas gave him the necessary background to formulate the goals he intends to implement for Central Illinois Bank. "I came to Central Illinois Bank with four goals in mind. The first goal is for Central Illinois Bank to be the top provider of quality service. Second, we need to develop teamwork to cross sell our products and services.
