What Is Central City Integrated Health?

For over 40 years, Central City Integrated Health has been working to change the paradigm of care in the community--high-quality care for every person, no matter their station in life. We are passionate about improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations in Detroit. CCIH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), As a FQHC, CCIH has integrated primary medical, dental, mental health services along with housing and support services. Over 4,200 individuals were served through the wide array of services that we provide and the 500 affordable housing units we manage in Detroit. CCIH receives Federal funding from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to support our health center, community outreach, integration of behavioral and primary health services, reentry programs, and housing development.
