What Is Center for Action and Contemplation?
About Us We are a center for experiential education, rooted in the Gospels, encouraging the transformation of human consciousness through contemplation, and equipping people to be instruments of peaceful change in the world. _______________________________________________________________________________ Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the CAC has served people internationally for over 30 years, supporting the world-renowned ecumenical ministry of Richard Rohr, OFM. The CAC is embarking on a new chapter. Our Future State Vision includes doubling our staff size over the next few years in order to partner with an expanded faculty of teachers (Cynthia Bourgeault and James Finley), improve the quality of our content production, enhance participant experience, and reach new audiences. We are on the look-out for passionate, grounded, and talented professionals to help get us there. As a part of our team, you will help us shape the future of the CAC. You will be a part of co-creating an impactful organization that is grounded in an ancient wisdom tradition, yet utilizes modern tools and technology to create a more peaceful future.
