Cech Scale Company was founded in 1936 by Tony Cech. Tony was a scale machinist apprenticed in Germany. He started with just a set of test weights and his tools. Using his skills, Tony was able to repair everything his costumers needed. Tony developed a reputation for quality service. His business grew as word of his skills traveled. His favorite saying was, “If there is a will, there is a way.” Now, still run by family, Cech Corporation services all of Eastern Michigan.
