Our work is not solely restricted to M&A as we look to explore the wider corporate finance landscape and touch upon the fields of equity capital markets and other investment banking activities. Working side by side with the renowned Mergers & Acquisitions Research Centre (MARC), we bring together an exciting mix of academics and professionals.
