Carolinas Realty was born when Jo-Ann LaVecchia and partners, C. Donald Cann and John Cashatt, joined forces to purchase Carolinas Realty from Prudential in 1992. Jo-Ann LaVecchia, a licensed Realtor® since 1978, is managing partner, Broker-In-Charge, trainer, and mentor, as well as a pre-licensing educator. She is a member of several real estate and civic associations, is an active member of the Montcross and Gaston Regional Chambers of Commerce, and was an integral part of the Gastonia revitalization effort. The recipient of multiple awards, Jo-Ann was most recently awarded the first Doug Black Lifetime Legacy Award in 2018.
