Careers Wales is funded by the Welsh Government. We provide free and impartial careers information and support for anyone making education or employment decisions. We also provide a range of free services for employers in Wales. In partnership with Business in the Community, Careers Wales delivers Business Class. This programme creates effective, mutually beneficial partnerships between businesses and schools, supporting young people to achieve success at school and beyond and helping businesses to get the skills they need for the future. It also enables businesses to demonstrate their commitment to their local community and enhance their reputation as a responsible business. We also provide a number of other opportunities for businesses to link with local educational establishments. Why Because working with schools and colleges can help organisations strengthen their existing skill-base, and attract, develop and retain motivated employees.
