We put your needs first. That’s how I was raised. My Dad, Frank, bought his first store in Medina in 1969, then opened up Towne Buick in Buffalo in 1974 where I joined his staff in 1978. My Dad’s vision was for customers to feel they were anywhere but a car dealership. He felt our most important role was to listen to our customers and to “work out” details based on their needs.
